Norway Elementary

We will have an all school healthy kids walk on  Friday, October 6 at 2:15 .  All students and staff will lace up and enjoy some fresh air and exercise.  Please make sure your child is dressed to be outdoors for 30 minutes and has good walking shoes.   Remember Friday, September 29th we are out of the building from  12:40-3:10 .  If your child is doing something other than a normal routine we need a note or an email today!   The schedule for next week: Monday  = Day 4 Tuesday  = Day 5 Wednesday  = Day 6 Thursday= Day 1 Friday = Day 2 Check out Mrs. Speer's blog to stay up to date on what's happening in Technology, the STEAM room, and TAG. It isn't too late to sign up for the PTO Bobcat Dash this Saturday Morning! Attention BCPTO Participants: The registration forms and t-shirts will come home  tomorrow  ( Friday ) if you signed up for the 2017 Bobcat Dash. This will tell you your start time-frame as well as any other payment or waivers we still need.  If you did NOT sign up and would still like to participate, the Dash runs from  10:00 - 1:30   on Saturday  at the Van Horne Rec Complex.  We will take walk-ins, but please email  bentoncommunityPTO@gmail.com  to give us a heads up!

Welcome to the start of a great year here at Benton Community's Norway Elementary. It has been a fantastic start and we are excited for where we are going this year. I am Mr. Arnold, Norway Elementary Principal. This is my first year here at the Norway Building. Last year I was the High School/Middle School Activities Director and Assistant Principal. I look forward to continuing the great work that Mrs. Strempke has done over the last eight years. We will use this blog space to share information that pertains to the Norway Elementary Building as well as any other Benton Community news that needs to be shared.
